Willingham Auctions was first established in 1959 by Raymond Munns, and ran as a popular Auctioneers and Estate Agents for 25 years. The owner retired in 1984.

The salerooms consist of a complex of old barns, with an inviting auction cafe on site. Colin and Gail Peeke-Vout, who run Willingham Auctions purchased the property in 1990, and renovated the house and barns. Fifthteen years ago they re-opened the auction rooms, and three years later were joined by Stephen Drake who is the Saleroom Manager/Auctioneer. Gail and Colin's son and daughter, Edward and Sarah BA Hons have now joined the auction house.

A Day At Willingham

Willingham Auctions prides itself on being a friendly and approachable auction house, enjoying a good relationship with regular customers and always looking forward to meeting new clients.

We are open Monday - Friday from 8.30am - 5.00pm to receive lot entries, and to answer any questions you may have. You are welcome to come and browse the forthcoming sale (we accept approximately 100 lots a day) and enjoy a coffee and croissant, light lunch or cream tea at the auction cafe, just relax and enjoy the atmosphere of a country auction.
