Probate Valuations & House Clearance Service

We offer a low cost professional Probate Valuation Service, our charges are from £60 + VAT for a local standard valuation. Our  Valuers will visit the property and prepare a probate valuation which will satisfy The Inland Revenue, a copy will then be forwarded to yourself and your solicitors.

 

Willingham Auctions also provides a full house clearance service,using our own staff and vehicles.  We will remove and auction all saleable items on your behalf, at our popular Saturday sales. Any unsaleable items will be donated to either The Salvation Army or Emmaus, if we are unable to dispose of them in this way we will then take them to the local landfill site.

If clients use our house clearance service, any valuation fee paid will be refunded.

Whilst providing an efficient and professional service, Willingham Auctions prides itself of being a friendly and approachable auction house.  Our auctioneers are always available to offer advice, or if required visit the client at the property.
