Willingham Auctions was established in 1959 by the late Raymond Munns, and ran as a popular Auctioneers and Estate Agents for 25 years. The owner retired in 1984.
Colin and Gail Peeke-Vout, who run Willingham Auctions purchased the property in 1990 and set about renovating the house and barns, which has proven to be an ongoing project!
Willingham Auctions was reopened in 1994 by Colin and Gail, and three years later they were joined by Stephen Drake the Saleroom Manager/Auctioneer, their daughter Sarah (BA Hons) and son Edward have now joined the auction house.
The saleroom has gone from strength to strength, and is now open six days a week for viewing and for customers to enjoy the fine freshly baked menu of the auction café, where all produce is sourced from local suppliers. Edward has formed his own Company which he runs from the premises, Cambridge Home and Garden, selling new garden and solid oak furniture.
