VIEWINGS

 We are now able to hold our usual viewings the week before the auction but not on the sale day as that is online only for the moment , if you are interested in a lot please contact us to request a condition report and we will be more than happy to send you more detailed information and images or videos.

VALUATIONS

Recent updates to government advice now allows us to be able to carry out valuations within a property. We have a structure in place to allow us to do this safetly. To ensure you are entirely comfortable and ready for your visit, we will discuss our processes with you ahead of our visit.
